Are you a motivated analyst with a knack for turning spreadsheets into business strategy? We’re looking for a critical thinker with strong analytics experience to join our growing Sales Force Effectiveness team in the Mississauga office. In this role, you’ll help unlock the potential of the vaccines sales force by optimizing territory alignments, refining customer segmentations, and translating strategy into action through engagement planning. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with commercial, sales, and business intelligence teams to derive meaningful insights from big data.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.  These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Work closely with the commercial business to advise upon and support the review of salesforce field metrics and to conduct deep-dive sales force analytics to advise on both precise and broad strategic direction
  • Responsible for strategy, communication, and implementation of multichannel customer engagement planning activities to maximize field effectiveness
  • Responsible for customer segmentation & targeting projects for priority brands (in-house or 3rd party), aligned to each brand’s business plan, as well as other ad-hoc tools to assist in short-term strategic sales initiatives
  • Responsible for strategic territory alignment, proactively refining established territories in a dynamic environment, and establishing de novo territory alignments for launch brands
  • Accountable for integration of strategic metrics into key sales dashboards (Veeva, PowerBI), and support/consult on the management and procurement of SFE datasets
  • Support the Sales Force Incentive (SFI) program through sales target modelling, market event impact analyses, and bonus payout validation
  • Responsible for management of BAaaS (Business Analytics as a Service) resources who support Territory Alignment and Engagement Planning

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-developed time-management and multi-tasking ability
  • Experience interacting effectively with a diverse group of business partners individually and within a team environment
  • Results oriented with a proven ability to prioritize work and meet challenging deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • MBA or Master’s Degree in related disciplines
  • Deep understanding of IQVIA datasets (CompuScript, GPM, TSA, Xponent)
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerBI is strongly preferred, familiarity with Veeva is an asset.
