•    Ingenierio en metalurgia, materiales, o área afin
•    Posgrado en materiales o área afin (deseable)
•    Conocimientos técnicos sobre metalurgia 
•    Experiencia en manejo de químicos
•    Experiencia en laboratorios de investigacion
•    Uso de equipos para la caracterización de materiales (microscopio metalográfico, durometro, maquina universal, etc)
•    Uso de computadora para la escritura de reportes, manejo de presentaciones y envio de correos (Paqueteria Office)
•    Ingles avanzado
•    Tener Visa
•    Trabajo en equipo
•    Capacidad analítica y resolución de problemas
•    Adaptabilidad y saber priorizar
•    Ética, compromiso e integridad
•    Creatividad
