Role Overview:

  • The Corporate Strategy team focuses on;
  • Mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint venture (JV) deals, investments, and key partnerships for CSG
  • Long-range strategic planning activities (long-range plan, capital structure, shareholder, value creation)
  • As a Senior Analyst, M&A in Corporate Strategy, you will actively participate in supporting and executing against the long-term strategic direction of the organization
  • You will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams (finance, accounting, operations, product, HR, etc.) as well as

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing Prospects and Pipeline Development: Inform the Corporate Strategy / M&A pipeline by mapping and analyzing prospects across all opportunity types and deal types
  • Due Diligence: Support the business, financial, and cross-functional components of the due diligence process (for all types of deals)
  • Deal Execution: Support the negotiations and execution of deal opportunities
  • Long Range Strategic Plan: Support the long-range strategic plan on an as needed basis; the long-range strategic plan maps out key capital structure, spend, and value creation decisions for the company

Qualifications:

  • Education: A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree (e.g., Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting)
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and building three-statement financial models
  • Experience: Exposure to M&A due diligence / processes, financial planning, and cross-functional collaboration (investment banking, accounting, financial advisory)

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance. NYC generally ranges; $118,622-$148,278 CA generally ranges; $123,780-$154,725 All other locations fall under our General State range; $103,150-$128,937 Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Cloud Software Group and the country where you work. U.S. based employees are typically offered access to healthcare, life insurance and disability benefits, 401(k) plan and company match, among others.
