此职位是在奥的斯人力资源运营管理模式框架下，更好地支持泰达制造基地的人力资源管理工作，落实人力资源各项战略项目，并支持好制造运营工作。

工作职责

Work as HR business partner for Tianjin TEDA operations team, support business strategy implementation

天津泰达基地运营团队的人力资源业务合作伙伴，支持组织的业务战略实施

Deliver HR initiatives according to annual HR priorities based on actual business needs

根据天津生产基地的实际业务需求和年度人力资源优先级开展工作;

Support organization development, talent growth, employee engagement initiatives and continuous optimization projects to meet evolving business needs

支持组织发展/变革，人才发展，敬业度提升，以及为适应业务需求的各类人力资源持续改善项目;

Advocate company HR policies, systems and toolkits to provide efficient HR supports to business functions.

倡导公司人力资源政策、制度和工具，为业务部门提供有效的人力资源支持;

Collect business needs and provide HR solutions in collaborating with COE and SSC (GBS HR).

与COE和SSC (MyHR)合作，收集业务需求并提供人力资源解决方案;

Handle employee relation related issues and minimize labor disputes in the organization.

处理员工关系相关问题，减少组织内劳动争议;

Drive company culture and set high level of ethical standard based on three absolutes.

Education & Certification 教育背景和专业资格

Bachelor’s degree or above

本科及以上学历

Experience工作经验 

5 years of manufacturing HR BP working experience

5年以上人力资源业务伙伴工资经验

Proficient in written English and good oral English
