Summary:

In this role, you will lead process improvement initiatives for a Provider Delivery Operations team focused on specific strategic engagements and programs. You will establish and maintain key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of implementation and sales support activity, improving the overall provider delivery experience. You will lead initiatives to improve tools, analyze data, streamline processes, identify bottlenecks, and solve problems in innovative ways to optimize performance, implement best practices and drive continuous improvement for operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional leadership through establishing a strong team culture with defined purpose and goals.

  • Balance incoming provider delivery needs, maximize capacity across the team, and provide on-going individual growth opportunities.

  • Lead provider delivery project pipelines and implementation plans/timelines.

  • Partner with the account/sales executive, suppliers, distributors, and others at Provista to move through the implementation process and provide extraordinary customer service.

  • Utilize data analysis to support implementation planning and execution.

  • Oversee the development of implementation process documents, on-boarding tools, and accountability metrics for the team.

  • Track team progress using Salesforce.com.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree in supply chain, business operations, or healthcare preferred.

  • 5 or more years of relevant experience required.

  • Must have excellent communication skills, customer service, and presentation skills.

  • Experience leading teams and projects preferred.

  • Familiarity with Vizient contracting preferred.

  • Highly organized, able to multitask with the ability to prioritize competing demands, meet deadlines and quickly adapt to change.

  • Ability to build relationships, collaborate across internal teams, and connect with providers, distributors, suppliers and end-user customers.

  • Proficiency with Excel preferred.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce, desired.

  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $146,700.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
