Job Title: Advanced Analytics Analyst

Location: Bangalore

Business & Team: Business Bank (BB) offer a wide range of services and solutions to our small to medium, enterprise customers and our regional and agribusiness customers. We also take care of our personal and institutional online trading customers.

You will be working with both our business and technical stakeholders to understand and challenge their goals, advise on approach and ensure the most optimal solution is implemented for different projects.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and clean data from various sources to ensure it is ready for analysis. Utilise tools such as SQL, python or R and AI virtual assistants for data manipulation.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns, correlations and trends. Apply statistical methods and machine learning techniques to analyse data and generate insights. Develop predictive models to support business forecasting and decision making.
• Leveraging AI virtual assistants to create dashboards and reports using visualisation tools like Tableau, Power BI or similar platforms. Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Work closely with cross functional teams including marketing, finance, risk, and product development to understand their data needs. Communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Stays up to date with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and machine learning. Identifies opportunities for process improvements and automation.

Essential Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or related fields.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience with machine learning techniques and model deployment.
• Familiarity with generative AI concepts and tools.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI.
• Experience with cloud platforms and data engineering concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology.
