Your responsibilities: 

•  Publish the KPI scorecards according to the agree timetable and cycle time.
• Create a maintenance process for the continuous updating of the Dashboards
• Liaise with GBS performance/finance managers to obtain updates of performance against SLAs and KPIs and reasons for variances to prior period and targets
• Developing new Dashboards in Power BI
• Develop root cause analysis to support process owners and continuous improvement managers and teams using Ad-Hoc technology tools like Celonis or Power BI
• Drive the data collection and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement
• Support action plans resulting from the tracking of KPIs with updates on progress towards targets.
• Contribute to governance forums as appropriate, including presentations
• Act as a change agent to foster and support a daily work improvement culture throughout the organization including embracing smart automation
• Supports the regular auditing of process excellence in the GBS
• Execution of special projects within GBS

Our requirements: 

• Degree in business (Finance AP/AR/A2R) or IT related field.
• Experience in numerate and analytical activities
• Experience working in a service environment
• Background with BI tools and systems such as Power BI and SAP FI
• Experience using Dax & M-language
• Prior experience in data-related tasks
• Understanding of the Microsoft BI Stack
• Well-founded and expanded technical skills and project management skills are desirable
• Ideally experience as a project manager from successfully completed projects.
• Experience with Process Mining Tool Celonis (Desirable)
