Summer Intern​

Our Summer Intern program offers hardworking college students an opportunity to go beyond the classroom to develop leadership skills and gain relevant hands-on experience working as part of a global support team with professionals across the enterprise. Additionally, interns will participate in scheduled activities throughout the summer, including sessions with Senior Leaders, site tours, volunteer opportunities, and other social events.

The Fiserv India Legal and Corp Secretarial team is seeking an intern for approx. 5 months who will be trained and will provide support as per the following broad areas:

What will you do:

• Draft and maintain statutory registers and forms – Support accurate preparation and upkeep of records, registers as required under the Companies Act.
• Assist with Board, Committee & AGM documentation – Help prepare notices, agendas, minutes, and related meeting files.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research – Perform brief research on corporate laws, FEMA guidelines, and governance practices.
• Support ROC filings – Assist in preparing and submitting ROC forms and necessary supporting documents.
• Coordinate for compliance inputs – Liaise with internal teams to gather information required for various compliance tasks.
• Prepare compliance trackers and reports – Help develop checklists, status trackers, and periodic compliance summaries.
• Organize audit-related documentation – Maintain and arrange records required for internal and external audits.
• Handle additional CS tasks – Provide support on other secretarial assignments as guided by the Company Secretary team.
• Legal support in agreements & litigation- Assist in reviewing basic agreements and coordinating on litigation-related matters.

What would be great to have:
