Summary: As an Application Support Engineer for SAP Analytics Cloud Development, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic service and support to ensure smooth functioning of the systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for SAP Analytics Cloud Development, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to system performance, functionality, and integration. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles. - Participate in the design and implementation of system enhancements and upgrades, ensuring adherence to best practices and minimizing risk to system stability and performance. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in SAP Analytics Cloud Development, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of system performance and functionality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud Development. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of SAP HANA, SAP BW, and SAP BusinessObjects. - Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and architectures. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in complex business systems. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud Development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in a complex business environment. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
