About the Opportunity:
 

Amentum is currently seeking an experienced IT Service Manager to work supporting a High-Performance Computing environment. You will be a key contributor in supporting and evolving our high-performance computing infrastructure.

The role entails providing your experience and expertise to help develop and deliver a professional service contract for a key government client. You will be working with an internationally dispersed multi skilled team across many disciplines. The role will include the day to day management and running of an IT service contract whilst focussing on continual improvement in order to develop in improve the service delivery product.


Being the IT Service Manager Responsible for or be a key contributor to:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Several aspects of running the live service on a day-to-day basis.

  • Service performance management.

  • Service transition management.

  • Stakeholder relationship management.

  • Service change management.

  • Champion Service improvement activities.

  • Conduct Staff management and some line management responsibilities.

  • Contribute to technical roadmap requirements.

  • Key stakeholder in the capability planning group.

Here's What You'll Need:

  • Certified ITIL Practitioner.

  • Worked with Gov/MOD client delivery projects / support services.

  • Certified ISO 20000 Practitioner.

  • IT Systems delivery Support.

  • Ability to achieve SC Clearance.
