Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in technology, statistics, economics or equivalent work experience

● 8+ years of experience (preferably in trust & safety) with a focus on advanced data analytics and visualizations.

● Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills

● 1+ years of experience as a People Manager

● Hands on advanced SQL knowledge.

● Professional Background with Power BI

● Knowledge on ML concepts, NLP & LLM

What you'll do:

● Provide business analytics and insights leadership and strategic direction to a group of Business Insights Analyst

● Analyze user feedback and other related metrics from multiple data sources to identify recurring themes and patterns in user experiences. Generate insights, recommendations & reports  based on the findings of this analysis.

● Excellent analytical and quantitative skills coupled with strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills

●Deliver process-related insights & improvements by working across functional teams, define key operational metrics and dashboards to increase operational efficiency (e.g. reduced costs, reduced manual touch), distill complex data analyses into actionable information. 

● Ability to use data and metrics to test hypothesis, confirm assumptions, generate insights/recommendations, and measure success. Proficiency in Python and/or R recommended.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate insights and drive positive changes in our search product.

● Stay informed about the latest trends in search technology, user behavior, and data analysis techniques, as well as advancements in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).

● Provide input to product and engineering teams to enhance search quality and user satisfaction.

● Ability to deal with ambiguity and navigate uncertain situations to drive for clarity; work calmly and maintain good judgment in fast-paced, high-speed environment.

● Can partner across a wide array of internal business groups, executive stakeholders and execution partners with ability to build solid relationships with individuals at all levels.

● An experienced professional in data analysis, with a strong background in data visualization and reporting.

● Skilled in data visualization and the ability to present complex information in an easily understandable format.

● A critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

● Knowledgeable about natural language processing and machine learning

fundamentals.

● Proficiency in utilizing search engines, databases, and online research tools, with the ability to efficiently navigate complex information ecosystems and extract

relevant insights.

● Experienced with project management tools and able to work effectively in a

fast-paced environment.

● Capable of working independently while also being a strong team player.

● Adaptable and quick to learn new technologies and methodologies.

● Excellent communicator, able to convey technical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

● Passionate about improving user experiences and driving product

enhancements.

● Basic understanding of, and passion for, generative AI technologies, including

practical experience with prompt engineering and hands-on use of generative AI products and applications.
