Job description

Job Summary:**

We are seeking a fresher SAP FI/CO Consultant to join our team at Hitachi Digital Services Vietnam Co. Ltd. This role involves implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to meet business requirements and optimize financial processes.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Lead and participate in full lifecycle SAP FI/CO implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
* Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FI/CO solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices.
* Configure SAP FI modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting) and CO modules (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, CO-PA).
* Perform integration testing with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP) and external systems.
* Develop functional specifications for custom developments (enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms) and work closely with technical teams.
* Provide end-user training and support, creating comprehensive documentation.
* Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FI/CO related issues, providing ongoing system maintenance and support.
* Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Job Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Minimum of a year of hands-on experience as an SAP FI/CO Consultant, including at least two full lifecycle implementations.
* Strong functional knowledge and configuration expertise in SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, New GL) and CO (CCA, PCA, PC, CO-PA).
* Experience with integration points between FI/CO and other SAP modules (SD, MM, PP).
* Proficiency in writing functional specifications and working with ABAP developers.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
* SAP certification in FI/CO is a plus.
* Experience in a global or multinational environment is advantageous.
