Summary: As a Network Operations Representative, you will be responsible for configuring, integrating, and managing the life cycle of telecommunication network elements and associated configurations across Fulfillment and Assurance. Your typical day will involve managing back-office system data records, supporting customer activations and configuration adjustments, and ensuring enterprise network operations are running smoothly. Roles & Responsibilities: - Configure, integrate, and manage the life cycle of telecommunication network elements and associated configurations across Fulfillment and Assurance. - Manage back-office system data records. - Support customer activations and configuration adjustments. - Ensure enterprise network operations are running smoothly. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in Enterprise Network Operations. - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of Network Infrastructures. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Network Management Systems (NMS). - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols, and network security. - Good To Have Skills: Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds or Nagios. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Information Technology Operations, Computer Science, or a related field. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
