Summary: An SAP Fieldglass consultant's responsibilities include implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP Fieldglass VMS (Vendor Management System) platform to meet client business requirements for contingent workforce and services procurement. Key duties involve conducting fit-gap analysis, system configuration and customization, integrating Fieldglass with other SAP and non-SAP systems, performing testing, troubleshooting issues, and providing ongoing support and system enhancements. Key Responsibilities Implementation & Configuration: Conduct business process analysis to understand client needs for managing contingent labor and services. Perform fit-gap analysis to determine how Fieldglass meets client requirements. Configure the SAP Fieldglass system, including modules like Contingent Worker, Services Procurement (SOW), and Profile Worker. Collaboration & Communication: Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams. Collaborate with stakeholders, other consultants, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery. Key functionalities of SAP Fieldglass the candidate should be aware of: Contingent Workforce Management: Must know the process of hiring temporary staff, independent contractors, and other non-payroll workers. Services Procurement: Procurement of services from external providers, ensuring clear statements of work and contract compliance. Vendor Management: Manages relationships with suppliers and service providers, centralizing their data and enforcing contractual obligations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Vendor Invoice Management. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies. - Experience with integration of SAP solutions with other business applications. - Familiarity with database management and data modeling. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently. Integrations: Develop and maintain integrations between SAP Fieldglass and other systems, such as SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP Ariba. Troubleshoot and resolve interface issues with integrated systems. Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing day-to-day support for the Fieldglass system. Monitor system performance and implement necessary enhancements. Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and incident tickets, performing root cause analysis. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Vendor Invoice Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
