Senior Health Representative, Oncology Giza/Alexandria/Upper Egypt
• Responsible for maximizing the sales of products through the different sales & promotion activities within a certain geographic territory.
• Deliver all the marketing strategies and promotional activities and deliver on all the marketing strategies and promotional activities for assigned portfolio, in an assigned Geography, to ensure that the resources are made available to maximize patient impact.
• Deliver on the financial objectives for the assigned Geography of both Sales and Non-Sales KPIs in full compliance alignment with Pfizer Values, Global
• Stick with guidelines (including MAPP, FCPA), policies, and SOP’s.

Key Accountabilities:
• Visit physicians to promote Pfizer Oncology /Hematology products as per Pfizer marketing strategies.
• Follow-up with HCP (KOL, physicians, pharmacists, or any other party having impact on the business), to gather feedback and questions regarding experience with Pfizer products.
• Provide approved information to physicians on Pfizer products, e.g. proper medical usage, dosage amounts and side effects.
• Provide feedback to sales management on customer requests, responses to promotions and product access.
• Work closely with internal/external stakeholders to ensure Pfizer products are valued and respected partner in patient care.
• Attending seminars.
• Organize AV activities in his area. Select and communicate with speakers.
• Reporting visits and other activities using MI.
• Prepare short term POA restricted to his area and products.
• Present reports according to HRM/CL recommendations and the market needs.

Job Specific Technical/Functional/Professional Competencies:
• Medical or Pharmaceutical Education Background.
• 3 years’ experience in multinational (Specialty care / Oncology TA is a plus).
• Good in English Language
• Effective Selling skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Good computer skills
• Effective interpersonal and team building skills
• Persuasive and negotiation skills
