About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Enterprise Risk Program Office (ERPO) within the Chief Administrative Office (CAO). The Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant is responsible for supporting enterprise-wide efforts for the Front-Line Global Privacy Office (FLGPO).

The FLGPO provides a consistent approach across the organization for strong data protection and privacy related risk management practices. This role is focused on understanding aggregated privacy risks and identifying opportunities to streamline and simplify the privacy environment. 


In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for strategic planning and execution of operational processes to meet regulatory and target operating model requirements for the team.

  • Identify opportunities for action including education and awareness activities through proactive risk identification.

  • Provide input and strategic direction for risk and control suite. Ensure controls and control procedures are in place to support annual control testing efforts.

  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate.

  • Maintain documentation and enhance business processes with a focus on standardization of controls, ensuring Audit readiness.

  • Communicate actionable insights and recommendations using data in a digestible format to a non-technical audience of varying levels, including senior leadership, across the company.

  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans.

  • Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management

  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions

  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational

  • Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans

  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership

  • Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in enterprise risk management and internal control development

  • Experience in developing and executing control-related initiatives within a dynamic, complex, and highly regulated operating environment

  • Experience with control and issue management in a highly regulated environment

  • Experience with regulations and laws impacting data privacy including, but not limited to: Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA 501b), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Reg. P (Privacy of Consumer Financial Information) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

  • Knowledge of the Wells Fargo’s Shared Risk Platform, Veritas and RCSA

  • Experience analyzing control and issue data to identify gaps or enhancements

  • Proven ability to identify business risks and drive internal control improvements to mitigate risk

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to travel 5% of the time

  • Willingness to work on-site at one of the specific locations included in this job posting.

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$139,000.00 - $239,000.00
