This position reports to:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of small projects with low complexity. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project scheduling techniques to manage schedule risks proactively.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business Area in Dalmine. You will be mainly accountable for: 

• Manage customer non-conformities: follow up with suppliers and customers to clarify project details; learn and utilize customer tools to manage, analyze, and resolve claims.
• Manage Purchase Orders: upload and verify purchase orders in SAP, ensuring end-to-end process integrity with suppliers.
• Support Revenue Recognition: coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure the correct execution of the revenue recognition process within SAP.
• Drive Improvement Projects: lead initiatives related to KPI management, data analysis, and standardization (e.g., Power BI dashboards, handover checklist maintenance, and backlog/LD analysis).
• Enhance Customer Perception: design and distribute questionnaires to suppliers and clients to evaluate project management performance and improve ABB’s brand perception.
• Process Optimization: collaborate with the project management team to analyze, improve, and standardize various execution phases.
• Team Collaboration: thrive as part of a high-performing, collaborative team.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Economics.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI or SAP is a significant plus.
• Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
