About the role: As a Sales Manager, you’ll lead and develop a team of business development representatives within our e-commerce business as we advance the way the world pays, banks and invests. This will include driving revenue growth, building solid relationships and encouraging colleague career development. About the team: What you will be doing: • Consistently exceeding new business targets. • Coaching your team and building a large prospect pipeline. • Participate in the sales process as a senior voice of Worldpay from Worldpay. • Working collaboratively across functions and building your business development team. What you will need: • An in-depth knowledge of Worldpay products and a general knowledge of financial solutions technology. • The ability to communicate with all three levels of management. • Experience leading enterprise-level sales teams. • Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree. Worldpay is dedicated to offering individuals rewarding career opportunities and competitive compensation. For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $118,300.00-$175,975.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary. We encourage you to consult with your recruiter to confirm the budget for your location and to better understand the applicable pay scale.
