We are seeking a highly skilled Communication/Customer Success Manager to join our Digital IT Product team, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communication and activation strategy across our portfolio of digital IT products. Your primary focus will be on creating a seamless, holistic, and integrated customer experience across multiple products, driving user adoption, engagement, and retention. Additionally, you will play a key role in driving disruptive transformation through technology, data, processes, and people contexts, enabling our organization to stay ahead of the curve and achieve its strategic objectives.

Job Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a communication or activation role, preferably in a digital product or technology company
Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication and activation strategies across multiple products
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with data and metrics
Experience with project management tools and software
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
