Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Communication/Customer Success Manager to join our Digital IT Product team, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communication and activation strategy across our portfolio of digital IT products. Your primary focus will be on creating a seamless, holistic, and integrated customer experience across multiple products, driving user adoption, engagement, and retention. Additionally, you will play a key role in driving disruptive transformation through technology, data, processes, and people contexts, enabling our organization to stay ahead of the curve and achieve its strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy that spans across our digital IT product portfolio, ensuring a cohesive and integrated customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

User Engagement and Activation:

  • Design and implement activation campaigns that onboard new users, encourage user engagement, and drive retention across multiple products.
  • Develop and execute A/B testing and experimentation plans to optimize user engagement and activation across the product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to identify and prioritize features that drive user engagement and activation across multiple products.

Content Creation:

  • Develop high-quality content (blog posts, videos, social media posts, etc.) that showcases the value of our digital IT product portfolio and highlights the benefits of an integrated customer experience.
  • Manage and maintain a content calendar that ensures consistent and timely publication of content across multiple products.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop thought leadership content that positions our product portfolio as a leader in the industry.

Integrated Value Stream:

  • Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to ensure that our communication and activation strategies align with the overall product roadmap and vision.
  • Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure that our communication and activation strategies are informed by customer feedback and needs.

Disruptive Transformation:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for disruptive transformation through technology, data, processes, and people contexts.
  • Develop and execute plans to drive transformational change, leveraging digital technologies, data analytics, and process improvements to drive business outcomes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that transformational initiatives are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

Metrics and Analytics:

  • Track and analyze key metrics (e.g., user engagement, retention, conversion rates) across multiple products to measure the effectiveness of our communication and activation strategies.
  • Use data and insights to inform and optimize our communication and activation strategies, ensuring a holistic and integrated customer experience.

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a communication or activation role, preferably in a digital product or technology company

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication and activation strategies across multiple products

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with data and metrics

  • Experience with project management tools and software

  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
