About the Role

The (Project Manager) Engagement Manager will be an expert with the Workday Deployment Methodology. Leading mid to large customer project implementations successfully from start to go-live and ensuring customers are satisfied with their deployment experience are the primary responsibilities.

Other role responsibilities include:

• Becoming proficient in Workday's Implementation Methodology and demonstrate it on all engagements

• Leading simultaneous projects

• Participating in the sales cycle to gather requirements and formulate a delivery approach

• Ensuring your projects are accurately planned and staffed

• Partnering with the customer project manager for deployment success

• Presenting at project Executive Steering Committee meetings

• Assisting in customer transition from professional services to our customer success team post go-live.
