• Coordinate and drive production planning activities within the organization to achieve high customer service level and meet or beat the output target
• Analyzes forecasts coming from the distribution centers using Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to ensure accuracy and alignment with build plans
• Collaborates with S&OP to resolve discrepancies in IBP forecast
• Ensure adequate Production Order's to support production plan and timely issuance of Production Orders to Production
• Monitor and expedite critical SKUs to minimize potential Back orders and Past due Production Orders
• Highlight to Material Planner any potential run out of BOM material due higher production loading
• Provide accurate reports and timely dispatch to relevant parties.
• Accountable for HSE implementation and performance in respective departments. Providing Leadership in respective area and responsible for other HSE activities that Management assigns.
