CACI's Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS) Sector is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst in support of Enterprise Testing Services for MyNavy HR. If you are motivated individual looking to be a part of a critical mission, CACI would like to speak with you!

What You’ll Get to Do:

Responsible for defining and developing business plans, processes, policies, roles and responsibilities, communication, and performance metrics. Duties may include developing strategic plans and transition plans, conducting research and analyses of business practices, performing cost/benefit analyses, implementing process improvements; designing and implementing communication strategies and plans; and facilitating organizational change to improve organizational performance and service levels. 

More About the Role:

  • Provide guidance in testing support that ensures that the needs of the functional business owner are satisfied, defects and suitability concerns from the end user are identified, and requirements are met. 
  • Develop and maintain testing and evaluation Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Develop required briefs and white papers on testing and evaluation efforts.
  • Draft, maintain, analyze, integrate, review program documentation and databases.
  • Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPT), management, and leadership discussions, meetings, and conferences to support testing and evaluation efforts.
  • Analyze the project’s Functional Requirements Document (FRD) to accurately write appropriate test cases. Report potential defects.
  • Participate in system(s) informal/formal Test Readiness Review (TRR) and System(s) informal/formal Production Readiness Review (PRR).

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, mathematics, statistics, business, engineering, or physical science and a minimum of 7 years of general work experience in Data Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Problem Solving, Content Management, Software, Network Programming or Business Process Improvement.

  • Requires active SECRET Clearance
  • Knowledge of Military/Navy Personnel systems, data and business rules.
  • Ability to work as a team member in a diverse group; ability to deal effectively with both Government and contracted workforce members.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$74,600-$156,700
