Systems Operations Unit enables efficiencies for core operations units as it consists of address verification and routing - mapping addresses to the correct facility that will deliver the parcel and parcel to rider mapping respectively.

A special team was created for special requests. Like wrong AV/re-AV, FS validations, and granular AV. Our focus will be on resolving concerns related to the wrong AV that requires correction and placement in the correct destination hub. Our role is similar to QA in that we deal with addresses that have been incorrectly tagged in the wrong zones. To avoid ping pong parcels, we must avoid making any mistakes again, which is the most challenging part of our job.

Main Duties
WRONG AV: Sort and/or LMI should create PETS for wrong AV upon identifying wrong av parcels.
Extract the TIDs from Opv2 and execute them on Redash.
Team will perform a re-AV for all PETS created (Wrong AV), according to their respective zones and perform bulk uploading in Operator V2..
Team will resolve PETS once the re-AV and Rack Sector have been corrected and performed.
Wrong AV Pets must be worked on and resolved within 4 hours upon creation.

KA / RE-AV : Without PETS tickets. Requested by various departments to verify if it was correctly verified, misrouted, or no AV at all.
Extract all TIDs from various sheets or special requests.
Team will perform a re-AV for all requests and perform bulk uploads in Operator V2.
KA / re-AV must be worked on and re-AV’d within 4 hours upon request.

FM Bulky / LM to SDD: Special Request
Execute the redash of SDD and FM Bulky. Download the CSV file, copy and paste it into a spreadsheet, and perform bulk uploads in Operator V2.
FM Bulky/LM to SDD must be worked on and executed every 2 hours.

FS VALIDATION: Directly requested from the shipper (PMC, PFG, BPI, and GCASH)
The shipper provides only the name, contact details  and complete address since they haven't got an order ID yet
Get all the addresses that were requested, run them on Redash, and run it in script ( BASH ).
Validate the addresses to ensure they are serviceable, not serviceable, inaccurate, incomplete, or double addresses. Once this is done, return the request to the shipper.
FS validation must be worked on and returned to the shipper within 2 hours upon request.

GRANULAR AV: Must be able to obtain the street level latitude and longitude of each delivery address.
Must be able to check if all addresses are complete and indicate any incomplete, inaccurate, or double addresses.
Bulk address validation is used to convert an address into an accurate latitude and longitude on a map.
To pull out all addresses timely at 13:00H, 16:00H, 19:00H and 22:00H to capture all addresses and to be uploaded on or before 00:00H.

FSR: Requested via daily email to obtain and check the TIDs, validate and respond accordingly to take the correct disposition.
