Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

Salary Range

$75,500.00 - $124,700.00

What Is the Opportunity?

Learning is essential to everything we do. At Travelers, the Enterprise Learning Enablement team utilizes learning technology to develop, assess, and lead organizational programs and processes to deliver optimal learning experiences and strategies to meet short- and long-term business goals and objectives. As a Senior Consultant Learning Enablement, you will support learning teams to influence short and long-term strategies by identifying and implementing learning technology solutions across a broad portfolio of organizations. You will collaborate with business partners, subject matter experts and learning teams to develop and design learning solutions.

What Will You Do?

  • Create and design learning solutions that directly support business initiatives.
  • Gather and synthesize information and make recommendations to team members.
  • Conduct learning needs analysis to determine need, scope, and required resources to deliver optimal results based on business needs.
  • Support business continuity efforts to streamline internal processes and create a consistent learning experience.
  • Monitor, evaluate, analyze, and report on effectiveness of learning solutions.
  • Support organizational initiatives which may include planning, designing, developing, and outlining solutions to learning objectives.
  • Lead or co-lead planning and execution of projects and resources to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • May own learning technology products, govern use, and maximize return on investment.
  • May assist with management of vendor relationships.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Four years of experience in Insurance, Operations and Technology, and two years of creating and implementing technology standards and best practices; or equivalent experience. Professional training credentials.
  • Ability to analyze data to interpret trends and provide insights to management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects, follow-through and ensure timely completion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business partners.

What is a Must Have?

  • Two years of experience in Learning, Insurance Operations, Technology, or related experience.
