How you will create an impact

This role offers extensive collaboration opportunities with local and international cross-functional teams within the Claims Department.  The Data Analyst of Business Intelligence will transform data into rich, meaningful, relevant insights that can be used to identify trends and measure performance results.  Some of the key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Tracking and analyzing large sets of data to discover meaningful trends and present to key stakeholders of the organization on a routine basis.

  • Building and maintaining standard reporting tools and dashboards so management team can easily visualize data, spot trends and support business reviews.

  • Working closely with the Performance & Operations Teams to define and monitor KPIs to continually measure outcomes, identify opportunities to improve and streamline processes.

  • Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations with in-depth analysis of results in terms of frequency, severity, variance and trends.

  • Monitoring data quality to improve accuracy and completeness.

What you’ll need to succeed

The ideal candidate should enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with constant change and possess the following skills:    

  • Bachelors degree.

  • This role suits candidates with experience in a similar role.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and attention to details.

  • Proven experience with data management and data visualization in Power BI

  • Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft O365 suite (Excel / Power Point / SharePoint / Power BI / Outlook / Teams).

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
