The role: Commercial Operations Specialist - Real World Solutions (RWS)

• Support projects to drive successful completion of RWS Global Operations strategic initiatives
• Knowledge of commercial and sales operations tasks and processes
• Support Project Management activities in relation to the roll out of systems and process integration across RWS organization
• Support the management of programs, timelines, relationships and coordination with stakeholders across business units to meet business objectives
• Identifying opportunities to streamline the sales operations process to improve revenue generating activities and CRM data hygiene
• Development of processes to support RWS integrations (end to end sales operations processes, contracting, proposals, TCV reporting, revenue recognition, involvement in financial integration and mapping of CRM and SAP), enhancing and standardizing existing processes and alignment with RWS processes.
• Demonstrated business acumen, responsiveness, attention to detail and follow-through

• Self-motivated and able to proactively drive initiatives to completion
• Ability to think creatively, take ownership of tasks and adapt to changing business requirements with a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Manage ambiguity and chart a clear course
• IT / Project Management Experience
• Proficient project management, organizational & analytical skills
• Strong virtual team and excellent cross-business unit coordination/collaboration & partnership skills
• Able to lead / coordinate operational activities with other teams to continually improve procedures and optimize them

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• 2+ years of prior relevant experience in operations management, process improvement, business, project management or similar discipline
• Bachelor's Degree – preferred
• Analytical knowledge and skills
• Extensive knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience in commercial / sales and operations
