What would you do? The Policies, Procedures, and Training Support team member will support the Risk Management, Oversight and Governance program in managing the lifecycle of policies and procedures as they relate to the scope of work, ensuring alignment with risk frameworks, coordinating with Business and Process Owners for changes, and facilitating effective communication and training on updates. Preferred Qualifications • Strong stakeholder management • Excellent written and oral communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills to effectively interact throughout the company • High attention to detail. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to policies and procedures is a plus. What are we looking for? Liaise with client and internal stakeholders to own the following responsibilities: • Maintain applicable Risk & Compliance policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy and relevance • Manage the intake, changes, and approval process for Risk & Compliance policies and SOPs using agreed-upon tools • Align Risk & Compliance policies and procedures with the risk management framework and controls to ensure compliance • Enhance the user experience of policies and procedures for stakeholders • Coordinate with stakeholders regarding changes to external policies • Support communication of policy changes and delivery of associated training within required timeframe • Ensure alignment of policy changes with relevant contract requirements • Review training requirements for Risk teams and monitor completion/reporting. Identify additional training requirements and coordinate the preparation of training materials • Coordinate delivery of training material across Risk program teams, in accordance with internal and external requirements, and manage affiliated tracking and escalations • Support Risk and Compliance Team with general program management activities across workstreams •Basic Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent. Equivalent degree only accepted if experience is relevant. • Work Experience: 3+ Years of Experience • Prior experience in policy management, risk management, or compliance roles preferred • Work Requirements: India-based
