Job Description:
This job is responsible for developing foundational skills and knowledge to launch a successful career within the Private Bank(PB) through a structured rotational program. Key responsibilities include working directly with a client team, participating in hands-on assignments, and completing 12-24 months of targeted training and development. Job expectations include actively engaging in formal training sessions, learning about the company's structure and offerings, and building relationships through networking opportunities across the organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Participates in structured training and skills-based programming to build knowledge of Wealth Management products and services
  • Supports new business development efforts through prospect research, pipeline tracking, and client engagement activities
  • Manages execution of client service activities including onboarding, account openings, and asset transfers
  • Responds to client inquiries and collaborate with internal teams and specialists to deliver integrated service
  • Processes account maintenance tasks such as deposits, transfers, and trust accounting transactions
  • Conducts research projects to support client needs and maintain industry reports and insights
  • Coordinates account-related tasks with trading, operations, and client service teams to ensure seamless delivery

Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in related field

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$89,900.00 - $95,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
