Due to continued growth DXC Technology have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sustainability Manager who will lead and shape DXC’s UK & Ireland sustainability agenda, ensuring our commitments are embedded across strategy, operations, and customer delivery. This role strengthens DXC’s position as a trusted, credible and forward thinking and forward thinking partner to our customers. This role sits at the intersection of sustainability, technology and social value. Working closely with the Global ESG team, the UKI Social Value team, and our customer teams, the Sustainability Manager will ensure DXC meets government sustainability requirements, while also influencing how sustainability is embedded into our services, operations and customer propositions.
You will be responsible for ESG reporting, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement, while working closely with the Social Value team to shape impactful, measurable initiatives. Your work will influence sustainable delivery practices across technology, operations, and supply chains, and support high‑quality bids.
This role is for someone who can easily navigate the reporting and regulation, translating sustainability ambition into practical action, strengthening our credibility and helping DXC lead conversations on sustainable technology and delivery.
Candidates are required to be UK based with SC clearance or eligible for vetting
