Job Description
What is the Opportunity?
Process Owners – Finance Shared Services (FSS) under Operations Process Engineering group support the finance operations center that perform day to day execution of finance related processes such as Reconciliation, Vendor invoice payments, Journal entry postings, Finance Application and Cost allocation services etc.
The team employs over 75 employees through offices in Canada and Caribbean. The objective of the Process Owners team is to reimagine and redesign the work that done for FSS, by standardizing, simplifying and automating the processes within the broader team. Success is delivering transformational changes that achieve measurable improvements in both process efficiency and employee satisfaction..
The Process Analyst for the Global Reconciliation Services (GRS) portfolio is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and governance of GRS processes, identifying process optimization opportunities, supporting process redesign and risk mitigation activities, and carrying out transformations while improving the documentation of processes.
