The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager / Senior Marketing Operations Manager to own the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that power Ivo’s marketing engine. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales Development, and RevOps – ensuring we can scale pipeline generation, measure impact, and maintain a clean, reliable flow of data across Hubspot, Salesforce, and our broader tech stack.
You’ll partner closely with Marketing leadership to operationalize campaigns, refine lead management, optimize funnel conversion, and build reporting that informs strategic decisions at the executive level.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who loves solving complex operational challenges, building efficient systems, and enabling marketing performance at scale.

Startups are very hard, especially if they’re growing fast. You’ll have a ton of responsibility, and there’s always an enormous amount of stuff to do. It’s hard work but the payoff is uncapped.
Can I work remotely?
We require candidates to work with us in-person 5 days a week in our San Francisco office.
