About this role

Make an impact on the U.S. healthcare ecosystem by rewriting the script on prescription drug plans. This important role manages client relationships, working directly with clients and their brokers to deliver an easy-to-navigate and impactful Rx service to plan members. In the role you will use knowledge of medical and Rx plans, as well as analytical and strategic thinking to ensure business objectives are met. You’ll advocate for the voice of the customer internally, while working across our company to ensure every customer receives extraordinary guidance, care and support that is delivered consistently and results in high client satisfaction.   

This is an experienced customer success leader who has worked in the prescription benefit space, has been on the front line of key accounts, and is dedicated to a customer first, data driven approach.

What you will do

  • Lead Prescryptive’s relationships with customer to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates, both of which are key to achieving Prescryptive’s growth goals.
  • Provide insights to customers and their third-party advisors based on data, evolution of the prescription drug ecosystem, and other industry trends.
  • Ensure customers and their plan members are fully engaged in our game-changing technology, which puts management of their prescriptions in the palm of their hands.
  • Work with internal cross functional teams to onboard new customers, advance customer self-service, and drive utilization of Prescryptive technology.
  • Identify, develop, and lead implementation of key process improvements to support a positive customer experience as Prescryptive scales.
  • Manage customer accounts using data and insights gained through relationships you build with key customer contacts and their third-party advisors.
  • Respond to client and member inquiries, providing rapid resolution and education.
  • Proactively lead the development and implementation of client nurturing programs that educate and support customer objectives.
  • Use Salesforce to manage the customer relationship.

What you will bring

  • Prescription benefit industry experience, including large employer account management.
  • 8+ years of account management experience, with at least 5 years leading account relationships.
  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business or business-related field.
  • Experience working across all levels of customer decision makers, including plan sponsors, heads of HR and finance, as well as third-party advisors and brokers.
  • Deep understanding of the prescription benefit marketplace from a detailed plan and business perspective.
  • Demonstrated success in anticipating customer concerns to ensure a productive partnership, and when needed rapidly resolving issues.
  • Strong self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and embraces wearing multiple hats and owning end-to-end processes.
  • Highly organized and process oriented with a focus on always finding a better, more efficient way to get things done.
  • Data-driven, analytical mindset with proven ability to translate data into action.
  • Concise communication style and the ability to positively influence and drive alignment at all levels of the customer’s organization, as well as within Prescryptive.
  • Cross functional team leadership experience with demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end projects and launch customer programs efficiently and successfully on time.

Prescryptive is committed to fair pay practices. The projected annual salary for this position is $140,000 to $215,000.   When preparing an offer, we consider the candidates resume, experience, interview feedback, internal equity, and location.
