YOUR ROLE AS A: 

Senior Executive, Commercial Operations

As a Senior Executive, Commercial Operations, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence across hotel onboarding, flight + hotel operations, system workflows, and compliance processes. You will act as the bridge between Commercial, Product, Tech, Finance, and Customer Happiness teams to ensure seamless execution, strong hotel performance, and continuous process optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

Hotel Onboarding & Performance :-

• Hotel onboarding, rate renewals, allotment closeouts, and content readiness

• Hotel ranking boost for top hotel or during campaign

Hotel Operations :-

• End-to-end Flight + Hotel ops (failed bookings, rebooking logic, backend fixes)

• VCC investigations (transaction, payment flow, system log analysis)

• Hotel backend & extranet ops support (setup, configuration, workflow issues)

Cross Team & Improvements :-

• Cross-team coordination with Product, Tech, Finance, and Customer Happiness on system-level resolutions

• Process improvements across ops workflows, alerts, and reporting

Compliance :-

• Content audits & data validation

• SOPs and training materials for ops standardisation
