Summary: As a Cloud Platform Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, testing, and deployment of cloud application solutions that seamlessly integrate both cloud and non-cloud infrastructure. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the architecture's viability, security, and performance, while also creating proof of concepts to validate your designs. You will be responsible for deploying infrastructure and platform environments, ensuring that all components work harmoniously together to meet organizational goals and client needs. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall team capabilities. - Continuously assess and improve cloud application solutions to align with best practices and emerging technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - AWS Scripting Failover/Failback Developer: Develops automation scripts for AWS-based failover/failback. - Supports repeatable DR test execution and maintains script documentation. - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure, AWS AI Services, DevOps Architecture, Infrastructure Security Vulnerability Management Operations. - Strong understanding of cloud service models including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS. - Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. - Knowledge of network security principles and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
