What Digital Marketing & Ecommerce contributes to Cardinal Health
Marketing is responsible for assessing customer needs, market conditions and competition to inform business strategy. Marketing implements the strategy through developing, commercializing and monitoring the appropriate products and services.

Digital Marketing & Ecommerce is responsible for developing and driving digital marketing campaigns and strategies that meet and/or exceed business objectives and provide additional insight about our customers across all digital channels.

Job Summary

The at-Home Solutions Communications team plays a pivotal role in shaping brand reputation, storytelling, visibility, and the customer experience for both the business and the broader Enterprise. The team leads the development and execution of strategic external storytelling for at-Home Solutions, including brand reputation management, crisis communications, and internal and executive communications that advance key business initiatives and goals.

As part of the Corporate Enterprise Communications & Marketing organization, the team serves as a results-oriented, trusted partner to the at-Home Solutions business and its sub‑brands—driving business priorities through strategic owned and earned communications.  

The Consultant, Organic Social Content & Community Management reports to Director, Communications for at-Home Solutions and will lead social content development and execute on social community management strategy for at-Home Solutions’ direct-to-patient provider businesses, Advanced Diabetes Supply, US MED and Edgepark. In this role, the Consultant, Organic Social Content & Community Management, will utilize social media platforms to lead the development of a strong storytelling platform for all three brands, supportive of our mission and business priorities. This consultant will lead creative direction with designers on the team to develop strong, engaging graphics supportive of our storytelling platform. This role will also work closely with a Consultant, Social Monitoring Communications & Reporting role to utilize analytics to drive optimization of social strategy and customer experience improvements.  


Responsibilities

  • Develop monthly social media content calendars for Edgepark, US MED, and ADS brands 

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with marketing campaigns, brand guidelines, seasonal priorities

  • Establish storytelling platform for all three brands utilizing creative direction with graphic design partners

  • Project manage creative requests in HIVE, ensuring timely delivery of assets and approvals

  • Leverage social media management tools to plan, schedule, publish, and track social media content performance across platforms

  • Utilize analytics and measurement reports to redirect content for continuous engagement improvements on each channel

  • Collaborate with Enterprise Communications on strategy for channels, best practice sharing and opportunities for co-branded amplification

  • Work with Social Monitoring Communications & Reporting Role to respond in real-time to comments on posts, monitor for opportunities for engagement

  • Contribute to annual Communications performance reports


Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience, preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred

Anticipated salary range: $80,900 - $103,950
