Role Overview:

As a Product Manager at Blockgraph, you will oversee the development and enhancement of our decentralized identity and insights platform. Collaborating with cross-functional teams—including engineering, partnerships, and marketing—you will drive the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development and Lifecycle Management
• Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and resource availability.
• Oversee the product development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and coordinate product releases.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Liaise with clients, partners, and internal teams to gather feedback and ensure product solutions meet stakeholder needs.
• Facilitate communication across departments to ensure cohesive product development and marketing strategies.
• User Experience and Workflow Design
• Enhance user experience by contributing to workflow design and interface improvements.
• Develop comprehensive product documentation, including user guides and release notes.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization
• Define and monitor key product metrics to assess performance and inform future enhancements.
• Utilize data analytics to drive product decisions and optimize user engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, a related STEM field, or an MBA.
• 4-5 years of product management experience, preferably in AdTech or related industries.
• Proven experience managing full product lifecycles, from conception to launch.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Highly organized with exceptional problem-solving and time management abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data-driven advertising solutions and identity-based targeting.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and decentralized platforms.
• Understanding of privacy regulations and data security best practices.
