Better and fairer care. Always.
St Vincent's has been a leader in Australia's health and aged care landscape for more than 165 years. Since our founders, the Sisters of Charity, opened our first hospital in 1857, our services and people have been behind some of Australia's most important medical breakthroughs. We are a microcosm of our Australia’s health and aged care system and are uniquely positioned to lead and respond to our rapidly changing environment.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a special kind of person - a St Vincent’s kind of person. Someone who puts compassion, connection and caring for other people at the heart of everything they do.
This is an opportunity to work for the nation’s largest Catholic not-for-profit health and aged care provider, with a rapidly growing and progressive vision and because you are like us, you believe every act of kindness makes the world a better place.
As a Talent Partner you deliver an end to end, value-add talent acquisition service to our St Vincent’s hiring managers and candidates alike. You will join a tight knit Talent function who are experienced, engaged and service orientated.
It is an exciting time to join St Vincent’s Talent function as we embark on a period of technology and service delivery uplift, ultimately supporting St Vincent’s hiring community to attract, onboard and retain the best possible talent.
Things that work for us:
Experience in an internal, high volume, talent acquisition role, ideally within the Corporate and/or Technology space
The ability to craft engaging job adverts, attracting high calibre talent whilst best representing St Vicent’s to our external audience
A business partnering mentality – you are a trusted advisor to your stakeholders, comfortable to influence and coach on talent acquisition best practices
Your proactive, problem-solving mindset complimented with great time management and multi-tasking capabilities
A genuine passion for Talent Acquisition, underpinned by a history of related achievements you are humbly proud of
Exceptional communication skills, with a strong preference for talking over emailing!
A team first ethos - enabling you to build productive working relationships whilst having fun and adding value
This role is offered on an initial 6 month fixed-term contract with the potential to go permanent.
What’s more important than industry background is your Values and Mission alignment, commitment to providing the highest quality service and a genuine desire to continually improve our offering.
Things that work for you:
A Total Remuneration Package of $107,479 including Superannuation
‘Not for profit’ salary sacrificing (reducing your taxable income by $15,990 per annum)
Additional salary packaging options including vehicle novated leasing and a Meals & Entertainment card (reducing your tax by a further $2,650 per annum)
Employee Assistance Program for team members and their families and free annual flu vaccination
Access to Fitness Passport discounted gym membership for team members and their families
Join a team of Talent Acquisition professionals who genuinely respect and care for each other but know how important it is to have fun at work
Above all this, St Vincent’s offers a supportive work environment and great community care spirit with the ability to visibly see your impact on the organisation and its services.
This role is initially offered on a 6 month, full-time fixed-term contract basis with hybrid working split between working from home, our Parliament corporate office and on site with our stakeholders.
Why become part of the St Vincent’s Care family?
Because you’re like us, you believe that every act of kindness makes the world a better place. Better for everyone who lives in the 20+ facilities and locations we operate in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.
