Work content and requirements:

Job responsibilities:

According to the requirements of multi channel business development of institutions, formulate annual internal and external training plans and organize their implementation;

Meet the training needs of external cooperation channels, develop high-end courses and implement them;

According to the requirements of multi channel human development of institutions, organize the training of sales personnel at all levels within the company to enhance personnel capabilities;

Responsible for the recruitment and training of high-level newcomers in multiple channels of channel institutions;

Assist and cooperate with the headquarters in the construction and promotion of the curriculum system, and if there are subordinates, carry out the training, construction and management of part-time lecturers;

Promote the launch of new products, and be responsible for daily product training and packaging;

Carry out training compliance management in accordance with regulatory and internal management requirements of the company;

Complete the training ability and work requirements of the head office's bancassurance and branch channel leaders;

Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.

Conditions of employment:

Knowledge/skills/Education

Education: full-time bachelor's degree or above, more than 5 years of insurance and training experience;

Foreign bank training or key customer sales training experience is preferred, computer office operation is skilled, can skillfully operate excel and make projectiles;

Strong teaching and curriculum plan writing and development skills, good organizational skills, good communication and coordination skills.

Serious and responsible work, careful and efficient, good mentality, good at learning, strong communication and expression skills, high investment;

Good command of English reading and writing
