About the Role
This role is responsible in implementing strategic sponsorships and activations that promote brand visibility and engagement, football and other sports/health and wellness initiatives, ESG, as well as collaborating with various stakeholders to execute impactful events and activations that are aligned with business goals.Roles and Responsibilities:
SPONSORSHIP DEVELOPMENT and ACTIVATION PLANNING, EXECUTION
Assist in identifying and evaluating potential sponsorship opportunities that align with company’s strategic goals, specifically leveraging on these sponsorships to generate business leads.
Support management of sponsorship agreements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with partners, vendors and internal teams (e.g. Brand, Communications, Customer, Medicard, etc) to plan and execute sponsorship activations.
Support development and implementation of communication plan, materials to promote initiatives across different channels (digital, print, on-ground, etc) to build excitement and buzz around the sponsorships and events.
Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, and stak
PERFORMANCE TRACKING AND REPORTING
Assist in measuring the effectiveness of sponsorships and activtaions, gathering data and insights to inform future strategies.
Prepare reports and presentations to share with management and stakeholders.
MARKET RESEARCH
Conduct market research to identify trends in sports / health and wellness sponsorships and activation, providing insights to inform strategy.
Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to enhance company’s sponsorship approach
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
Provide admin support to Team lead, including managing budgets and maintaining documentation.
OTHER ROLES
Work with the various BPI AIA, AIA PH, AIA Group and BPI counterparts, and external parties as required.
Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in any Business, Marketing, or Liberal Arts course
At least 3 years of experience in Marketing: Advertising / Branding / Public Relations / Marketing Communications preferably from a financial services company
Good communication skills both written (writing, proofreading, layout and design) and verbal (able to present concepts)
Strong organizational and planning skills with keen eye for detail and time management
Self-motivated, collaborative, and can work under minimal supervision
Basic knowledge in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, video production and editing, MS Powerpoint or Keynote
