The Wealth at Work Investment Associate is a seasoned professional role. it is based in London, a key market for our business globally and will also involve aspects of the financial planning process.
The candidate it is expected to have in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. They are required to have in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Basic understanding of financial planning concepts (pensions, ISAs, investments, protection)/Awareness of FCA regulations and compliance principles (training will be provided) are key. As is an interest in developing technical knowledge across financial planning areas Is key, as the role will involve engagement in this key part of the business.
