We are seeking an Enterprise Data Manager who is passionate about data and has a clear vision for using it to drive business success. This role will be key in shaping and executing our enterprise data strategy, designing data architecture, and establishing a data governance framework to ensure data is managed efficiently, securely, and in alignment with the company's digital transformation goals.

·         Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive enterprise data strategy and a robust data architecture to support organization-wide data management.

·         Assist in establishing a data-driven culture where master data is inherently trusted in a multifaceted process that involves strategic planning, technology implementation, and cultural change.

·         Assess existing data practices and design a future data architecture that aligns with the company's business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.

·         Develop and maintain data models and standards for business applications including data quality checks, data profiling and cataloguing processes.

·         Establish and enforce robust data governance practices to ensure data integrity, high-quality, and compliance.

·         Define data audit controls and conduct regular data audits and reviews to ensure compliance with data governance policies.

·         Develop data awareness plans, conduct training sessions to educate employees on the importance of data quality and how to use data effectively.

·         Strategically manage and optimize data practices to data governance practices to support continuous improvement and efficiency.

·         Develop and implement processes to ensure the protection of sensitive data and information assets while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

·         Evaluate innovations in data management and recommend technologies that align with our business needs.

·         At least 8 years of experience in data management, data architecture and data governance roles

·         Proven track record of leading data-related initiatives

·         Expertise with cloud platforms and modern data tools

·         A more comprehensive understanding of business data models and applications, including PLM, ERP, CRM, HRIS, manufacturing, and reporting systems.

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field

·         Certification in Data Management and Data Governance is preferred
