We're looking for an experienced Senior Partner Business Manager to join our Partners and Alliances team in the United Kingdom. Reporting to the Senior Director & Global Co-sell Lead, Technology Alliance Partners, you'll be responsible for the following:

  • You will be responsible for developing the strategy & execute joint go-to-market (GTM) co-sell with Zscaler's hyperscaler partners including AWS and Microsoft in UKI & MEA
  • You will work directly with hyperscaler partner leadership, hyperscaler partner sales executives, and our own internal sales organization to drive sourced pipeline & revenue, accelerate existing opportunities & transact on cloud marketplaces
  • You will partner closely with our key partners to develop Partner Business Plans to grow Zscaler net new business and profitable recurring revenue with our partners
  • You will be sharing analytics with executive and technical champions, and driving further demand for Zscaler's solution
  • Mapping & enabling key champions and influencers at the hyperscaler partners, finding areas for highest impact growth for both parties, and driving execution with the hyperscaler partners across functions, including sales, field marketing and channel

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree with 5 plus years of experience in partnering with ISV's and/or cloud hyperscalers in a co-sell motion
  • Demonstrable sales and customer outcomes success by partnering with hyperscalers across region in a channel sales or strategic alliances role
  • Successful track record selling cloud platforms, technologies as outcomes and digital transformation enablers
  • Prior experience developing a channel for Security, Networking, Cloud and/or SaaS companies
  • Ability to establish priorities and demonstrate good judgment while managing ambiguity and working with multiple stakeholders. Smart, analytical (with attention to detail), creative, driven and with a get-it-done attitude.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

UKI experience in driving either:

  • a co-sell motion with ISVs at a hyperscaler such as AWS, Microsoft or GCP; or
  • executing above co-sell motion with these hyperscalers for an ISV
