Job Title: Marketing Specialist- Analog Devices

Location: Philippines, Cavite, GTC (Hybrid Working Model Eligible)

Job Overview: The Marketing Specialist will play a critical role within the ADC Business Unit, providing comprehensive marketing support across multiple teams and functions. This position involves close collaboration with Marketing Engineers, Design Engineers, Product Planners, Project Managers, New Product Coordinators, and Pricing Specialists, ensuring a seamless integration of marketing strategies and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Market Development & Brand Management

• Oversee the deployment and sampling process to nurture early-phase market growth.
• Create marketing and branding instructions for all models in the portfolio.

Product Launch & Sales Support

• Provide marketing support for the introduction of new products to the market.
• Facilitate communication and strategic alignment with the sales organization.

Online & Product Enablement

• Support online purchase enablement for selected products.
• Manage the X-grade product enablement process within ADI’s internal systems.

Compliance & Lifecycle Management

• Oversee licenses, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and product lifecycle management to ensure seamless product transitions and regulatory compliance.
• Supporting business units with various project tasks as a necessary opportunity for the candidate to grow professionally and acquire new skills.

General Business Support

• Serve as the primary interface for customer queries, providing timely and accurate information on product status, quality, and order delivery management.

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong team player with effective communication and multitasking skills.
• Proactive and capable of driving tasks to completion through coordination with multiple groups.

Location and Working Model: This position is based in Cavite, Philippines and is eligible for a hybrid working model after training period.
