Job Description:


A HCV collections Specialist is responsible for managing incoming inquiries related to charges, payments, and disputes. Your responsibilities will include handling escalated matters, collaborating with external legal counsel on legal cases, and coordinating with various departments to ensure accuracy and resolution of disputes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Handle incoming inquiries about charges and/or payments with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with external counsel to manage legal cases, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure accuracy in billing and resolve disputes.
- Communicate effectively with governments programs to confirm the accuracy of documentation and obtain relevant information as needed.
- Utilize Salesforce tools to define and manage your own population of residents, ensuring accurate data management and follow-up.
- Manage inbound calls and email queues within defined timeframes.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for future reference and analysis.

 

Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
