INTERNSHIP PROGRAM:

• Collaborate effectively with the third line of support, proactive in skill enhancement and learning from advanced troubleshooting scenarios.

• Monitor systems by reviewing and analyzing application logs, dedicated to ongoing improvement in system monitoring practices.

• Support processes by executing defined emergency procedures, thrive on continuous advancement in operational readiness.

• Execute procedures and scripts for software change migrations, motivated to embrace new opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, initially Monday to Friday during standard business hours. After the initial implementation period, flexibility to work in a rotating shift schedule (12-hour shifts) is required.

• Fluency in Polish, English and French (B2), you will be part of international teams.

• Detail-oriented and self-organized, capable of tracking open tasks and function statuses.

• Strong desire to learn and develop technical skills.
