What you’ll do

• Partner with Sales teams in the UK and Europe to drive business development and close deals.
• Use your deep cards issuing expertise to uncover client needs and design tailored solutions.
• Deliver impactful product demos and presentations that win client confidence.
• Lead responses to RFPs and RFIs, ensuring clarity, accuracy and competitive positioning.
• Translate client requirements into innovative FIS solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Collaborate with product managers, professional services and client engagement teams.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in cards, payments, and emerging technologies like BNPL and API-enabled services.
• Support regional campaigns and share best practices across the organisation.

What we’re looking for

• Experience: 10+ years in presales or solution consulting roles.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of card issuing and processing (debit, credit, prepaid) across UK and Europe.
• Familiarity with unsecured lending, BNPL, and competitive offerings.
• Skilled in positioning “as-a-service” and licensed solutions.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills – confident in client-facing discussions.
• Ability to work independently and across global, cross-functional teams.
• A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for delivering results.
