Key Responsibilities

• Product Support: Assist in managing a product portfolio for two lines: Site Security Management and Facilities Management. This includes supporting various technologies such as Guest Management Systems, Video Surveillance, Access Control, and Smart Building solutions

• Software Development: Design, modify, and validate software systems by creating applications and documentation. Drive initiatives for continuous improvement to enhance system functionality and user experience

• Configuration Management: Establish and maintain effective software configuration management practices across different technologies and platforms to ensure consistency and reliability

• Data Management: Develop and implement software capabilities for creating, retrieving, updating, and deleting data, ensuring alignment with security, compliance, scalability, and efficiency goals

• Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing of applications to meet security standards and reporting requirements. Support incident management, disaster recovery, and post-mortem analyses to improve operational resilience

• Business Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of Facilities Management & Site Security data and core business processes to inform technology solutions and decision-making

• Development Methodologies: Utilize modern development methodologies and technology stacks, especially in cloud environments, to drive innovation and efficiency

• Leadership and Collaboration: Prioritize tasks effectively while demonstrating strong leadership and collaboration skills to meet IT commitments and support organizational goals

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing large, complex IT development projects

• Foundational understanding of Database Management Systems (DBMS) and Data Lake concepts

• Hands-on experience in Python or JavaScript programming is advantageous

• Proven experience in configuring and working with Software as a Service (SaaS) applications

• Essential experience in working with APIs, particularly in programmatically interacting with API endpoints

• A working knowledge of AWS services, including S3, Lambda, and Glue, is required. AWS certification is a plus

• Knowledge of Databricks is a plus

• Exposure to Git version control best practices and working in a collaborative development environment and DevSecOps

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong collaboration abilities
