Job Purpose:

Our Supply Planning Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring customer orders to ensure timely production, shipment, and communication. This role serves as a central link between sales, operations, and customers, providing real-time updates and resolving issues that may impact delivery timelines.

Job Responsibilities:

● Communicate directly with customers and sales representatives regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any potential delays.
● Partner with production, scheduling, and shipping teams to identify bottlenecks and expedite orders as needed.
● Track and maintain accurate order information within company systems to ensure visibility across departments.
● Respond promptly to incoming calls and inquiries from customers and sales representatives regarding open or late orders.
● Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize and escalate rush orders based on customer impact and business needs.
● Provide consistent and professional communication when addressing changes in order timing or production issues.
● Identify recurring causes of delays and communicate trends or process concerns to management.
● Support daily order status reporting and share updates during production or team meetings.
● Maintain clear documentation of customer interactions, commitments, and follow-up actions.

Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:

● Ability to analyze information, anticipate potential delays, and take appropriate action to resolve issues.
● Ability to collaborate across departments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
● Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

● Experience in customer service, order management, or production coordination within a manufacturing or packaging environment. 

● Experience using ERP or order tracking systems to manage, track, and update order data.

 Salary: $50,000 - $52,000 annually

Work Experience:

● 3-5 years of related job experience.

● Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.

● Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.

● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Education:

● High School Diploma/GED Preferred
