  • Minimum 12 months Endoscopy & interventional experience required

  • Part-time 0.8 FTE Fixed-term contract until June 2025

About the Role
Exciting opportunity currently exists within our Endoscopy Unit for a motivated Registered Nurse who is seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity to become part of our dynamic team. You will be responsible for the delivery of high quality care through demonstrating a person care approach in all aspects of daily nursing practice.

Classifications for this position will range from YP3 - YP9 ($69,253.60 - $92,601.60 base salary per annum)


Your Contribution

  • Minimum of 12 months recent acute experience in Endoscopy, interventional experience required

  • Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA

  • Current or recent Endoscopy experience

  • Motivated, professional as well as exceptional communication and time management skills

About the Endoscopy Unit
The Endoscopy unit at St Vincent’s carries out 350 - 400 endoscopic procedures per month. These include screening/surveillance gastroscopies and colonoscopies, Balloon enteroscopies, ERCP, Endoscopic Ultrasound, and Bronchoscopy. We have a focus on interventional treatments such as EMR, and are a state referral centre for procedures such as Halo Radiofrequency Ablation treatment of Barretts Oesophagus, Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection for the excision of early cancers and POEM for the treatment of achalasia and participate in a number of multi-centre research studies.
