In this role you’ll make an impact by:

  • Manage the local accounts and business partners to ensure targets in AB and account plans are met in AHN industry
  • Ensure preparation of AB (in the BRM), FF and provide input to Demand Plan (Supply Chain) and provide inputs to MTP (3-year growth plan)
  • Drive Salesforce pipeline execution and enlargement and be able to develop new sales opportunities
  • Manage the price negotiation process to ensure that the pricing policy is followed consistently
  • Ensure adherence to agreed performance management measures within own area of responsibility
  • Drive process of providing sales and competitive data into the global & regional marketing team and collaborate with the regional TS/Marketing team to promote our solution value propositions and execute product launch in selected account/business partner


Potentially relevant experience:

  • Minimum 5-8 year of relevant job experience, preferably in Animal Health & Nutrition Companies (feed mill/integrator) or Feed additive MNCs company working experience
  • Account management and channel management skill, demonstrated sales and business development skills
  • Proven ability to push for sales, able to collaborate with cross functional stakeholders and has strong winning mindset to deliver sales target
